I do not know if this is a bug or request.
With option "Only allow one instance of the program" off (in "Preferences > Editor - file"), I can open two or more instantes each with diferents files or projects.
The bug is that, if I have open a instance of program and I open a file from outside the program, the file is opened in new instance of program instead of in existing instance. For project it could be correct, but not for files.
(I use version 6.10 beta 1)

Actually no. It's working as it should. Each file should open in its own instance of the program.
It just wont work if we do as you suggest. E.g. lets say we have 3 different instances of the program open. If you double click on a file in Windows Explorer - in which instance do you think the file should open in? |

In the last used.
For example, if you open 3 instances of firefox and you do click on html file, this file not open in new instances of firefox, the file open in one of the 3 instances (normally the last used). |

| Maybe that behavior could be added with an option, but it's not a bug. |
